The recipient used it when he has 4 and 7 months. I ordered it 4T and it fit perfectly. Item was just as described. Just so you know, he weighed 40 pounds and was 40 inches tall. The length of the sleeve were just right and pants too. Would definitely recommend when there is a last minute formal activity, and you need something inexpensive that looks well in pictures.
