Return & Cancellation Policy
At lynerun, we value customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with our items, We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How To Return & Refund ?
1.Submit a Return Request: Contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide the reason for the return and include photographs for verification.

2.Send the Item(s) to us: after your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then arrange an exchange or refund for you.
3.Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
We know that it is very important for you to order a suit for your special occasion. However, we will process the order as soon as payment received. Once the tailoring process has begun, there will be Labor Costs and Material Costs.
1.Unpaid order: could be cancelled within 24H;
2.Paid less than 2 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned;
3. Paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned;
4.Sui sent, can't return the payment to you;
Exchange Policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Note: You need to pay the shipping fee from your address to Lynerun when you return it back.
